Policies

Inclusivity & Respect

Creating a safe and respectful environment is a priority. All participants are expected to contribute to a supportive and inclusive space, respecting each other’s experiences and perspectives. Discrimination, harassment, or harmful behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

If a participant’s behavior disrupts the group, makes others feel unsafe, or violates the principles of inclusivity and respect, the facilitator reserves the right to ask them to leave. This decision is made thoughtfully and in service of the well-being of the group. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your creativity is your own—while openness and play are encouraged, you are never obligated to share the results of your participation in creative activities.

Workshop discussions may touch on deep personal and societal influences on creativity. What is shared by workshop participants stays within the workshop. Respecting each other’s privacy fosters trust and allows for meaningful exploration.

Participation

Your presence matters to the group. If you sign up, please do your best to attend and engage. If you cannot attend class, let your facilitator know as soon as possible so space can be made for others.

During class, please feel free to step away, take breaks if necessary, and engage in the way that feels right for you.

Payment & Refunds

If a workshop you’ve registered for is not a good fit for you, you may request to drop before the second session, and your tuition will be refunded.

These workshops are intended to be as accessible as possible. If you need financial assistance or an alternative arrangement, please reach out to discuss options.

Club Abandon’s goal is to ensure every participant feels welcome and supported. If you have any questions about these policies or accessibility needs, feel free to reach out to Duncan at clubabandon@gmail.com.
